OUR STORY
Founded on the principle that the body's own biology, not synthetic drugs or donor material, holds the key to supporting natural regenerative processes.
Wellbeing International Foundation processes every preparation at a single GMP-certified laboratory in Germany and delivers through a network of more than twenty partner clinics, mostly across the United States.
Our team has invested 20+ years of ongoing research into autologous biological preparations, serving professional athletes, wellness clients, and patients with neurological conditions across multiple continents.

LEADERSHIP
Chairman
Max brings over 40 years of board-level experience across financial, healthcare and energy. A chartered accountant who chaired his first public company in his late 20s, he has guided six public and many private companies in Europe and the US, and now chairs three international companies including Wellbeing.
Chief Executive Officer
Andrew brings over 30 years of business experience, starting in international banking in South Africa and the UK before running search and selection businesses across London, Paris, Hong Kong, Singapore and Sydney. For the last 15 years he has worked in healthcare and bioscience, translating research into clinical practice.
Head of Global Markets
Dominic brings around 30 years of CEO-level experience in hospitality and financial services, focused on operations and sales. He co-founded Prospect 33, a global financial consulting firm spanning Canada, the US, the UK, Poland and Singapore, where he grew annual revenues to over $27m.
Senior Medical Consultant
Dr Boonstra trained at Stellenbosch University in South Africa (medical degree, 1993) and has practised medicine for nearly thirty years. He is Chief Medical Officer of Allshores Medical, where he runs a large private medical practice and diagnostic laboratory.
Senior Scientific Consultant
Stephen has more than 30 years of academic and commercial research experience in cell therapy. He has held faculty appointments at Oxford Brookes University in the UK in clinical physiology and was Professor of Neuroscience at the Carrick Institute in the US.
Director of Business Development
Tristan read Politics at Bristol and trained as an accountant before moving into marketing as Press Officer at pan-European sports channel Eurosport, later serving as Executive Director of digital media publication aka.tv. At Wellbeing he leads business development across professional sports, the physician network, and the company’s wider partnerships.
Head of Operations
Emma leads day-to-day operations, coordinating delivery between the central team, the German GMP-certified laboratory partner and the clinician network. She runs each CFT engagement from intake through to follow-up.
Senior Clinical Consultant
Chris performs both sides of the clinical process, the blood draw and the infusion, and works alongside partner physicians as they begin delivering CFT for the first time.
Senior Nursing Consultant
Melanie performs blood draws and infusions, and brings specialist nursing experience to each stage of a CFT session, from the draw itself through to the follow-up afterwards.
GOVERNANCE AND EVIDENCE
Anyone assessing a regenerative medicine organisation should be able to establish four things without hunting for them: who is accountable, how the therapy is positioned, what has been published, and what is not being claimed. Those answers are set out below.
Wellbeing International Foundation is governed by the leadership team named above, supported by its named medical and scientific consultants. Their roles, qualifications and professional histories are provided on this page. The organisation is responsible for the scientific and regulatory positioning of Cell-Free Therapy and for the accuracy of the evidence presented on this website. Further information is available on our regulatory page and in CFT White Paper 2, From Blood Draw to Biology.
Cell-Free Therapy is autologous. The regenerative signalling material in a patient’s own blood draw is captured, isolated and concentrated at a GMP-certified laboratory, then returned to the same person. It carries no living cells and no donor material. The full regulatory position, including the FDA framework for human cells, tissues and cellular and tissue-based products, is set out on our regulatory framework page.
A peer-reviewed pilot study of a multi-modal longevity protocol using autologous conditioned media was published in Frontiers in Aging in June 2026, jointly by the Wellbeing team and xLongevity (DOI 10.3389/fragi.2026.1732426). The protocol is registered as NCT07322224. The eleven papers of the CFT Advantage Series are published openly and in full, and our research library sets out the wider literature the approach rests on.
CFT supports normal biological function consistent with the body’s own processes. It is not offered as a treatment for any named condition. The peer-reviewed pilot named above is the only clinical study we cite. The testimonials and case studies elsewhere on this site are patient-reported accounts given with consent: they record what individuals have told us, they are not drawn from that study, and they are not offered as evidence of efficacy. Individual results vary. CFT is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
