The CFT Advantage Series is complete: all eleven papers now published

The eleven-paper CFT Advantage Series, Wellbeing’s most substantial account of the science behind Cell-Free Therapy, is now published in full and free to read.

The CFT Advantage Series is now complete. All eleven papers are published and available to read and download, without registration, from Wellbeing’s white-papers page. Together they form the most substantial account Wellbeing has yet put on the record of the science behind Cell-Free Therapy: what it is, where it comes from, how it is prepared, what distinguishes it from adjacent approaches, and where it is most useful.

The series was built deliberately, one paper at a time, to standards of referencing and formatting that carry across the whole set. It is best read as a single argument delivered in eleven parts rather than as eleven separate essays. The early papers lay the scientific foundation; the middle papers set out what makes a cell-free, autologous preparation good rather than merely present; and the later papers turn to the specific settings where the approach earns its place.

The foundation comes first. “The Science of Cellular Communication” explains how cells coordinate the body’s repair through the signals they secrete, and “From Blood Draw to Biology” follows the practical path from a person’s own blood to a finished, cell-free preparation. “Beyond PRP” places the approach against platelet-rich plasma, the comparator most readers already know, and “Crossing the Blood-Brain Barrier” examines how small signalling components reach tissues that larger material cannot.

The middle of the series is about quality. “Quality Over Quantity”, the paper that set the format for the rest, argues that in this space composition matters far more than dose. “The Whole Secretome Advantage” makes the case for the full, unfractionated mix of signals rather than a single isolated fraction, and “Personalised by Nature” explains why an autologous preparation, drawn from the individual, is matched to that individual by default.

The final papers turn to use. “Bank Once, Treat Many” sets out the logic of drawing and preserving once to support a course of care over time. “The Athlete’s Edge” looks at the demands of professional sport, where availability and recovery are everything, and “The Longevity Case” looks at healthy ageing, the setting that connects to Wellbeing’s recently published, peer-reviewed pilot study. The series closes with “No Living Cells, No Living-Cell Risk”, the safety paper, which explains why a preparation containing no living cells avoids the specific risks that attach to cell-based products.

A note on how to read the series. The papers describe how Cell-Free Therapy is intended to support the body’s own normal biological function. They are not claims that it treats, cures or prevents any disease, and none of them should be read that way. What the series offers is a transparent, referenced account of the reasoning and the evidence base, drawn from the wider peer-reviewed literature and from Wellbeing’s own long-running work, laid out so that a careful reader, or a careful clinician, can follow it and judge it.

The full series is available now on the white-papers page under the Learning Hub, alongside the Research Library, which collects the independent published science the papers draw on. Readers approaching Wellbeing through the science are encouraged to start with Paper 1 and read forward, or to go straight to whichever paper speaks to their own interest.
